Please arrive 20 to 30 minutes early for your appointment. This will allow time to change if necessary, complete paperwork and enjoy a beverage and a steam bath/sauna, depending upon your scheduled treatment. Arriving late may require us to cancel or reduce the length of service with full charges applied. This policy has been established to ensure that our therapists are compensated for the time they have set aside for your appointment.
